Day 1

Arrival in Lisbon

Upon arrival at Humberto Delgado Airport, collect your rental car and drive to your hotel and check in. The remainder of the day is at leisure to explore Lisbon, one of Europe’s oldest capitals, rich in history, culture, and panoramic viewpoints—perfect for walking and photography.

Day 2

Lisbon – Évora – Castelo de Vide

After breakfast, depart Lisbon for Castelo de Vide via Évora, a UNESCO site rich in Roman and Moorish history. Explore its medieval streets and local crafts before driving through Alentejo to reach your overnight stay in the charming Castelo de Vide.
Day 3

Castelo de Vide – Tomar – Coimbra

After breakfast, explore Castelo de Vide before driving north. Stop in Tomar to visit the Convent of Christ, a Templar masterpiece. Continue to Coimbra, Portugal’s historic university city on the Mondego River, for your overnight stay.
Day 4

Coimbra – Porto

After breakfast, explore Coimbra’s historic university and library. Drive north through the magical Buçaco Forest, home to the royal neo-Manueline Palace. Finally, head to Porto, the vibrant riverside city on the Douro, for your overnight stay.
Day 5

Porto – Guimarães – Porto

Day 6

Porto – Espinho – Ovar – Aveiro – Figueira da Foz – Coimbra

After breakfast, drive from Porto to Coimbra. Explore the beaches of Espinho, Ovar’s famous tiles and sponge cake, and the canals of Aveiro. If time permits, visit the shores of Figueira da Foz before arriving in Coimbra for your overnight stay.
Day 7

Coimbra – Sintra – Lisbon

After breakfast, enjoy a scenic drive to Lisbon. Stop in enchanting Sintra to admire its romantic Royal Palace and hills. Upon reaching Lisbon, explore the historic center, visit São Jorge Castle for city views, and savor iconic Pastéis de Belém before your overnight stay.

Departure at Lisbon
